This archive relating to the parish of Hethersett, Norfolk, is owned by Hethersett Parish Council, and is housed in Hethersett Branch Library, Queen Street, Hethersett, by kind permission of the Norfolk Library and Information Services. It is in the charge of a voluntary archivist appointed by the parish council.
Hethersett Parish Council meets on the third Monday of each month at the Village Hall, Back Lane, Hethersett. Agenda and minutes of meetings are available from the clerk, Ian Weetman, 01603 810915.
In June 2000, the Hethersett Society, an amenity society, and user of the archive, obtained a UK Lottery grant under the Millennium Festival Awards for All programme, in order to have the contents of the archive professionally catalogued. This catalogue is the result.
